Raptor is an automation and augmentation service for Qlik Cloud development. It generates code, scripts, data models, and analytical content based on inputs provided by users. Raptor does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or suitability of any generated application, model, or script for a specific business purpose. All outputs must be reviewed, validated, and approved by qualified data professionals before being deployed in production environments.

Raptor does not access, store, or control customer production data. Any data voluntarily supplied by users for generation purposes is processed transiently for automation and is not retained unless explicitly stored inside the customer's Qlik Cloud tenant. Customers remain solely responsible for the security, accuracy, compliance, and governance of all data processed within their environments.

Raptor's token-based consumption model reflects estimated generation capacity. Actual consumption may vary within expected ranges depending on application complexity, user prompts, data structure, and integration usage. Token usage, application generation results, and performance may change over time as the service evolves.

Raptor does not replace human judgment or business expertise. Customers must independently verify that generated applications comply with internal policies, regulatory obligations, data handling rules, licensing restrictions, and Qlik Cloud platform requirements. Raptor provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding generated content, downstream business outcomes, or analytical correctness.

Partner and affiliate earnings are based solely on eligible subscription and generation activity. Raptor monitors for improper, non-value, or abusive usage patterns. Commission payments may be withheld or suspended where usage is inconsistent with fair-use requirements or industry-standard ethics.

Integrations activated through Raptor are subject to the terms of the respective technology partner. Discounts, commissions, and activation rates may be adjusted without notice. Raptor does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. Customers must obtain independent professional guidance before relying on generated analytics for operational, financial, or regulatory decisions.

Use of Raptor constitutes acceptance of the terms of service, acceptable use policy, and privacy policy of Workbalance and GroWorth Trust. Continued use requires adherence to platform rules, correct configuration of Qlik Cloud access controls, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
